Digital Marketing Manager in Houston Texas


We are looking for a motivated computer savvy person to join our digital marketing team. You must be hard working and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task. Focus includes but not limited to digital marketing, social media marketing, Google and other PPC Advertising.

– Oversee SEM/PPC accounts including monthly reports and optimizations
– Participate in digital media recommendations
– Review setup and performance of SEM clients including media briefs, ad copy, account QA and reports
– Guide client strategy and develop recommendations
– Provide estimates for website, microsite and landing page development stages
– Support client and internal email campaigns and provide analytic reporting and make recommendations accordingly
– Support and lead in strategy for lead gen consulting and conversion
– Participate in client meetings and agency presentations
– Keep up to date on latest trends and SEO/SEM best practices – share info with team

– 5+ years of experience, with demonstrated history of running high-performing campaigns in a client-facing role
– Strong leadership and management skills
– Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition
– In-depth experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Web Trends
– Excellent presentation skills
– High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
– Superior verbal and written communication skills
– Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
– BA/BS in Marketing or related field

•    Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree
•    Minimum of 2-5 years in a creative and collaborative environment
•    Demonstrated ability to meet project goals on a regular basis
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
•    Strong organizational and time management skills
•    Comfortable with fast paced and high growth environment

What you’ll do:
• Create awesome landing pages that drive leads for sales
• Design a unique visual look for promoting our content every time a new issue comes out (every eight weeks)
• Design graphics for social media and e-mail campaigns to promote our products and thought leadership
• Visually refresh our websites regularly to take advantage of new technologies and keep visitors engaged
• Maintain our sites in WordPress, applying best practices in web compliance and SEO
